Regristration conditions

• Students of any nationality are accepted.
• Registration must be made well in advance to be able to fulfill the requests for lodging and accommodation. It is the student´s responsibility to obtain accident, health and theft insurance.
• Registration is only valid with a written confirmation from Playalingua.

Fees

• To guarantee your reservation you must make a secure online deposit of $350 U.S. dollars. The registration and lodging fees for the entire duration of the stay mentioned on the registration card are due, at very latest, upon your arrival at the school.
• Administrative registration expenses will not be refunded in case of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation at least 15 days before your anticipated arrival date, we will refund your deposit minus $245 U.S. dollars for costs incurred.
• In case of cancellation less than 15 days before your anticipated arrival date or in case of a no-show on your arrival date there will be no refund, except in extreme cases such as serious sickness or accident, death in the family, or job loss all of which must be proven with a proper formal document.
• There will also be no refunds for expulsion for bad conduct.
